As a Grand Rapids girl (born and raised) I’m excited to be your guide around this amazing city. I can only assume that you’re wondering why I should be your tour guide so let me give you a little background. I spent 5 years in Chicago after college working in advertising & fashion and started a lifestyle blog Project Soiree that featured interviews, restaurant reviews, recipes and fashion trends. After returning to Grand Rapids I was thrilled to see the growth from local entrepreneurs who are making their mark and came up with the idea for The GR Guide to showcase these local businesses.
My intention behind The GR Guide is to keep you updated on the latest hot spots, but also some of the classic spots that make Grand Rapids truly unique. So, who’s ready to explore this city?
