Happy New Year friends! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season. I took some much needed time off from the blog and social media, and let me tell you it was definitely needed. It was refreshing to take a break and enjoy the holidays with my family. I’m actually really excited to jump back into work, but I’m giving myself some grace to take it slow. I feel like there’s a lot of pressure to make new years goals, cross off to-do lists, and hit the ground running. I’m giving myself permission to take things one day at a time right now. This month doesn’t need to be perfect, a rush to complete something, or guilt if you don’t get your goals written down. Take it easy, enjoy the quiet moments and give yourself some grace this January. Cheers to the new year!

My friends at Good Stock just sent me some soup! I love their vegan and vegetarian soup options and the Roasted Tomato is my favorite.
