Exercise is great for you physical health, but did you know it can also work wonders on your mental health? As someone who works in the creative field coming up with photo ideas, captions, blog posts and original ideas can become daunting at times. Now, don’t get me wrong I love my job but sometimes those creative ruts can be really difficult to overcome. Lately I’ve found 30 minutes or more at MVP Sports Clubs to do the trick whenever I need a creative boost or I’m feeling stressed out. Here’s why working out has helped my creativity.
A Creative Boost
When I just can’t figure out the best solution for a project or need to see it from a new perspective I head to MVP Sportsplex. Spending time on the treadmill, going to yoga, lifting weights, or trying a new fitness class is what really helps my creativity. Having this time to focus on my workout keeps my mind from running, and gives me fresh insight to accomplish my project. I feel refreshed, inspired and ready to conquer my work after a good workout. Have you tried working out to boost your creativity?
Maintaining My Stress Level
I’m sure most of you know I’m in the midst of planning my wedding right now. Sure it’s really fun, but sometimes it can be a little much. Add the planning with owning your own business, and it can be very stressful. So a trip to MVP Sportsplex is a must for me at least a couple of times a week to maintain my stress level.
