The 411 in the 616: Hello October

Hello October! A new month and a new week always gives me a little burst of energy. I’m usually not a fan of Mondays (let’s be honest who is), but it’s different at the beginning of the month. We had a pretty relaxing weekend enjoying the mild weather. There was a lot of football, a walk to the farmers market, and a date night out. How was your weekend? What I’m Excited About This Week

We loved Living Lights at John Ball Zoo which is happening now – November 13.

Harmony Hall is doing a farewell party today at 8 PM.

Enjoy the nice weather and check out Tuesdays at the Farm at Meijer Gardens tomorrow from 5 – 8:30 PM.

See Beetlejuice at the Wealthy Theatre tomorrow at 8 PM.

Cheers to Third Nature Brewing Company celebrating 3 years on Friday!

Things I’m Loving Right Now

Whenever I need a laugh I turn to Absolutely Not from Heather McMahan.

We watched Hocus Pocus 2 and it was really cute. Obviously it’s not as good as the original movie, but it’s fun to watch.

These blue corn tortilla chips from Garden Fresh Gourmet are my new favorite.

Wreathfest with Sweetwater Floral looks amazing!

Cory and I had a date night on Saturday and finally checked out Eastern Kille Wealthy. This is a great spot to grab a drink before or after dinner.

I was recently invited to check out the Jim Henson Exhibition at the Grand Rapids Art Museum. I would highly recommend checking out this exhibit which is open now – January 14.
