Did you know s’mores are my favorite summer dessert? I love being outside, sitting by the fire, and roasting marshmallows for s’mores. What could be better? Now don’t get me wrong, I LOVE a classic s’more. The graham crackers, milk chocolate bar and toasted marshmallow will forever be a classic. But, have you ever tried s’mores with pretzels, peanut butter and bananas? I’m going to show you how to create a s’mores board that will be a huge hit with your friends and family this summer.
How to Create a S’mores Board
If you enjoy making a charcuterie board, you’ll love making this s’mores board. Using the same concept as a charcuterie board you can easily create this dessert type board. I used this wood pizza paddle to create our s’mores board, but you could use any type of larger plate or board that you have on hand.

Crackers & Cookies
So, what items can you put on your s’mores board? When it comes to the “cracker/cookie” part of the s’more I picked traditional graham crackers, Oreo cookies, Windmill cookies and Fudge Stripe cookies. You can great really creative here by making your own chocolate chip cookies or different flavored graham crackers or your favorite store-bought cookies. The options are endless!
Chocolate
A s’more isn’t complete without some chocolate. For my s’mores board I provided the traditional milk chocolate bar that’s a classic. I also picked some of my favorite types of chocolate bars like Kit Kat, Reese’s, and M&M bar. My nephews LOVED this part of the board (obviously). I would say the favorite that won the night were the Reese’s peanut butter cups. I really loved the dark chocolate bar, but I’m a huge dark chocolate fan. Again, you can get really creative here and add your favorite types of chocolate.
Add-On’s
To make this s’mores board even better, I aded a few add-on’s. Fruit like bananas and strawberries were a fresh addition to the s’mores. Also, the peanut butter went over really well for s’mores. You could also do raspberries, caramel sauce, marshmallow fluff, Nutella or chunky peanut butter for this addition to your s’mores board.
Fun S’mores Creations
Clearly everyone loved getting creative with their s’mores. It was really fun to see what my family came up with. I think my dad won for most creative s’mores.
