Are you in the midst of house projects and spring cleaning? I know I am! While we’re stuck inside it’s a great time to tackle some projects around the house. Spring cleaning is at the top of my list for getting organized, donating items and giving everything a deep clean. If you need some tips and tricks to spring clean your own home you’re in luck. I’m sharing some easy ways to give your home a good clean.
Being home during quarantine has really given me a fresh eye to things I want to change or rearrange in my house. I’m sure you might also be feeling this way. A spring refresh can give you a fresh perspective and it’s really easy to do. You can start small or tackle a big project like moving pieces of furniture, painting walls a new color (we just painted our bathroom this color), or adding a new accessory to the room. My biggest piece of advice is to start in one room and complete it before moving to another room.
Spring Refresh
If you’re looking to give your home a spring refresh here are my biggest pieces of advice. Like I mentioned above, start in one room. It’s overwhelming to move haphazardly from one room to the next. Give yourself a reasonable goal to do one room at a time. Don’t forget to start a donate box for things you no longer like or need. This can really help you organize a room and keep it clean. The best way to refresh a room is to bring the outside in or add some artwork. Trust me you’ll love the end result.
Spring Cleaning Schedule
When it comes to spring cleaning or cleaning in general I’ve found this schedule to be extremely helpful. This cleaning schedule is broken out by day to help you clean different rooms of your home. It’s easy to follow and can really help you accomplish your cleaning goals.
