The 411 in the 616: New Year, New Goals

Happy New Year friends! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. It was so nice to have a few weeks off to relax and re-organize. BUT I’m actually really excited to jump back to work. As you can probably see The GR Guide got a little refresh over the holidays. A new look and feel was something I had been planning for awhile now. I’ll explain more in the coming weeks, but hang with me as I’m continuing to fix some text, photos and usability on the site. Since it’s Monday I’ve got a new 411 in the 616 filled with fun things to do around town this week. I hope you have a wonderful week!

Things I’m Loving Right Now

I made these brown sugar pancakes yesterday and they were delicious! The recipe was easy to make, and the pancakes were fluffy with lots of flavor.

Did you watch the Golden Globes last night? I have to admit the red carpet is my favorite part about these award shows. I love seeing the amazing dresses and different styles worn by celebrities. My best dressed picks were Margot Robbie, Kerry Washington, and Gwyneth Paltrow.
