I don’t know about you, but I miss my weekly workouts at MVP Athletic Clubs. With so much time spent at home right now, I’ve realized I need to be more intentional with working out. Getting some exercise at home is easier than you think (trust me). MVP Athletic Clubs offer helpful tools that make working out at home a breeze. Here are some tips and tricks for staying active at home right now.
At Home with MVP
Did you know MVP Athletic Clubs offers video workouts so you can workout at home? At Home with MVP is the perfect way to move at home with a cardio or yoga workout. Cory and I have been doing yoga together at home every day, and it’s really helped us get some exercise and peace of mind. I’ve been loving the yoga videos that I schedule time for each afternoon. I also love that new content is being added daily to At Home with MVP so I can find different workouts to try.
Try MOSSA MOVE
Members of MVP Athletic Clubs have access to 60 days of MOSSA MOVE for free. There are eight programs to choose from including group fight, group core, group blast and more. Each workout is around 30 minutes, and half of the programs don’t require any equipment. How great is that? To get your 60 day trial link sign up here.
Make Time to Move
The best way to get some excersise is to make time for it. My days are starting to blend together a little, and having a “schedule” is really difficult when you’re at home all the time. Each day at 4 PM I haul out my yoga mat or put shoes on to take a walk. For 30-60 min I try to get some type of exercise in to keep me motivated and get some fresh air.
Check out the Fit&Fresh Blog
MVP Athletic Clubs has an awesome blog called Fit&Fresh. You can find delicious recipes, workout tips, and inspiration for healthy living on this blog. How amazing does this 5-ingredient nut-free protein pesto pasta look? Check out this resource for some new recipes or some exercise tips.
Use What You Have
You might be thinking you need a ton of equipment at home for a workout. Not true! Use what you have right now to get a good workout in. You don’t need a treadmill, weights, etc. to get some exercise. Get creative with your workouts and try something new right now with what you have. Even a walk outside or a run is perfect for clearing your mind and moving your body.
