Cheers to ArtPrize starting this week! I love seeing downtown Grand Rapids filled with locals and tourists engaging with some amazing art and exploring new restaurants. ArtPrize is surely a highlight this week but there are also some additional awesome events happening around the city. ArtPrize officially starts on Wednesday, September 21! This international art competition is a highlight in Grand Rapids each Fall and a great time to head downtown with your friends and family to see some amazing art.

Hello Oktoberfest! Celebrate at John Ball Zoo on September 23-24 with German beer, live music and delicious food and desserts. You can also try a Stein holding contest and beer keg toss at this Oktoberfest event. Prost!
Enjoy yoga with the cool glow of blacklight at Soul Pose Yoga on Saturday, September 24 from 8:30-11:30AM at DeVos Place. With fun music, an LED bracelet, and choreographed lighting this is sure to be an awesome yoga experience.
