Do you love yoga? Mindful Vinyasa School of Yoga is wrapping up their Pop Up Yoga at Richard App Gallery this summer with a Wrap Party on Wednesday August 10. Enjoy a Mindful Vinyasa Yoga practice (class is donation based with proceeds going toward the Mindful Classrooms Project at Congress Elementary School), live music, food from Electric Cheetah, juices from Malamiah Juice Bar and more!

Cheers to Creston Brewery! On Wednesday, August 10 join Creston Brewery for their Grand Opening. I can’t wait to try their beer because #beercityisthebestcity.

Enjoy jazz music? Head to GRAM on the Green at the Grand Rapids Art Museum to see The Gayelynn McKinney Quartet this Thursday, August 11. If you’ve never been to GRAM on the Green grab your friends or a date and enjoy a fun night listening to great music and exploring the art museum (FREE).
