Christmas is in the air or maybe it’s the subzero temperatures I’m feeling this morning (stay warm out there). It’s a short week for some of us with Christmas this weekend, but if you’re in Grand Rapids for the holiday weekend there are some great events going on this week. Start your week with a Holiday Open House with Treetops Collective on Monday, December 19 from 4-9 PM. Shop new products while enjoy a hot cocoa and meeting new friends.
Have you tried Elk Brewing Beer? Kingma’s Market is doing an Elk Brewing sampling to celebrate their bottle release on Monday, December 19 from 4-7 PM.
Head to The Mitten Brewing Co. for Brushes & Brews with Hearts for the Arts on Tuesday, December 20 from 6:30-8:30 PM and paint Deer Silhouette. This is a fun idea to gather some friends and try a new beer.
If you’re going to see Snoop Dog this week don’t miss the G-Funk Celebration After Party at Pyramid Scheme with DJ Composition and A.B. on Tuesday, December 20 at 10 PM.
Grab your friends and make your way to The B.O.B. for A Very Merry Jingle Jam Benefitting Mel Trotter Ministries on Wednesday, December 21 from 7-10:30 PM. Enjoy some live music, food specials and a raffle. You can also make a donation to Mel Trotter Ministries or bring a non-perishable food item.
Cheers to the holiday season with Bones at the Brewery at Brewery Vivant on Wednesday, December 21 from 7-10 PM. What could be better than enjoying music from members of the Grand Rapids Symphony while sipping a beer with friends?
Celebrate the winter solstice at West Side Hot Yoga with a candle lit flow on Wednesday, December 21 from 7-9 PM. Stay after class for some refreshments, snacks and connect with new friends.
If you love the symphony and cirque you will love Cirque de Noel at the Grand Rapids Symphony from December 22-23. This is a fun event for both kids and adults.
